What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager - Business Management position at Firman Solutions?
This individual will oversee and handle the day-to-day cash management of multiple high net-worth clients, entertainers, (music industry experience/ prior touring experience is highly preferred!) and small business owners.
Minimum Education Requirement- Bachelor’s Degree with major in Accounting
- Master’s Degree highly preferred
- Will consider applicants with transferable experience in industry to meet this qualification
- Preferred experience level working with high profile and high net worth clientele: 5 - 7 years
- Candidates who are close to this range are encouraged to still apply if you feel you meet the requisite skill level
- Heavy bookkeeping experience, with AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll, and general tax knowledge
- Experience in the entertainment and music industry highly preferred and desired
- Tour experience a plus!
- Familiarity with Artist, Publisher, and Writers Royalty Statements
- High level of organization and attention to detail – critical thinking skills
- Excellent client service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, projects, and clients with accuracy, dedication, and enthusiasm
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
- High level working knowledge of QuickBooks (Datafaction or AgiLink is a plus, but not necessary)
