We are seeking a dedicated Family Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to individuals and families in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will practice within a team-based model alongside nurse practitioners and clinical psychologists, delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $30,000 sign-on bonus (full-time, not through recruiter)
- Relocation bonus up to $5,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to individuals and families
- Perform physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment
- Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
- Refer patients to specialists and coordinate care as needed
- Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care
- Follow departmental policies, procedures, and quality improvement objectives
- Participate in health promotion, education, and prevention programs
- Maintain accurate patient records, documenting symptoms, reactions, and progress
- Participate in on-call coverage as required
- Advise and train clinical professionals and students
- Uphold safety, infection control, and clinical standards
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Current licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine
- ACLS or CPR/AED certification
- Current DEA, DEA-X, and Massachusetts Controlled Substance licensure
- Eligible for unrestricted health center and hospital privileges
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
