Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Experience managing accounting operations in a multi-entity, manufacturing, or shared services environment strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
