```Duties```
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for Infants and Toddlers
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's individual needs and development
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Observe and assess children's progress and communicate with parents/guardians regularly
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in daycare settings
- Strong classroom management and behavior management skills
- Knowledge of infant care and early childhood education principles
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities that meet educational standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children
-CDA for infants and Toddlers preferred or will have to work towards within the first year of employment
