Toddler Assistant Teacher (Ages 2–3) – Join the Fun!
Do you know all the words to “Wheels on the Bus”? Can you turn snack time into a dance party? Are you not afraid to sit cross-legged on the floor, build a block tower, and then dramatically cheer when it crashes? If so… we might have your dream job!
We’re looking for an energetic, playful, and nurturing Toddler Assistant Teacher to join our classroom of curious little explorers (ages 2–3). This role is perfect for someone who embraces silliness, celebrates tiny victories (like successful potty trips ), and enjoys helping young children learn and grow every day.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Singing, dancing, and leading fun activities (bonus points if you know all the motions!)
- Assisting with potty training—patience and positivity required!
- Getting down on the floor to play, build, read, and explore alongside the kids
- Supporting the Lead Teacher with daily classroom routines and schedules
- Helping create a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment
- Offering comfort, encouragement, and lots of high-fives

- Has a big heart and even bigger energy
- Isn’t afraid to be silly, creative, and hands-on
- Can balance fun with structure and routine
- Works well as part of a team and supports the Lead Teacher
- Understands (or is willing to learn) the magic and challenges of toddlerhood
