1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum of five (3) years of supply chain, procurement, or inventory management experience required.

7. Must be able to obtain and maintain clearance from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (BATFE).
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
9. Proven ability to work independently while executing executive management direction without constant supervision.

JOB DUTIES:
1. Oversee and manage all supply chain operations, including procurement, purchasing, inventory planning, and vendor coordination.
2. Order all supplies, materials, and products required for all warehouse locations, including UAE (ME), Las Vegas (LV), and New York (NY).
3. Maintain optimal inventory levels across all locations to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
4. Develop and implement demand forecasting and purchasing strategies aligned with operational needs and seasonal demand.
5. Coordinate with warehouse managers and operations teams to ensure accurate inventory planning and product availability.
6. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of all goods and materials.
7. Manage and coordinate with domestic and international suppliers to ensure timely procurement of all fireworks products in support of seasonal demand and program-specific requirements.
8. Work directly with the ME Designer and FBG Director of Operations to finalize product specifications, ensuring quality, effects, and shipping ETAs are clearly defined and met.
9. Monitor and manage domestic and international shipping schedules, lead times, and logistics performance.
10. Ensure all purchasing and supply chain activities are accurately recorded and maintained within ERP systems for both FbG and PbG systems.
11. Track and analyze key supply chain metrics, including inventory turnover, order accuracy, and cost efficiency.
12. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
13. Support production scheduling by ensuring the timely availability of all required materials and equipment.
14. Communicate supply chain risks, delays, or shortages to executive management and propose mitigation strategies.
15. Attend and participate in product testing to validate quality standards, ensure accuracy, and identify and report product failures.
16. Assist PbG Purchasing Department with DoD purchasing when necessary.
17. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
18. Assist with audit preparation by maintaining accurate procurement and inventory documentation.
19. Act as a key liaison between operations, warehouse teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and accountability.
20. Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that drive supply chain optimization and support scalable operational growth.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be able to sit or stand for 8-12 hours.
2. Must be able to traverse and access warehouses, display sites, and office areas as required.
