We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager for our apartment complexes and single family homes in Amarillo, TX. In addition to traditional assistant manager duties, this role will also include posting for all our companies on social media.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the apartment complexes and single family homes
- Handle resident inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Show and lease apartments to prospective residents
- Collect rent and process maintenance requests
- Post on all our companies' social media accounts on a regular basis
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Assist in scheduling make-readies and coordinating with vendors as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in property management or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
