About the Role
As a Stone Brewing Bistro Front of House Manager, you’ll lead and inspire FOH teams to deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences. You’ll oversee daily operations, develop talent, uphold brand standards, and help drive profitability—while fostering a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members. This is a hands-on leadership role with meaningful visibility and impact.
What You'll Do
Lead & Develop Teams
- Supervise and support FOH Team Members during shifts
- Hire, onboard, train, coach, and retain high-performing staff
- Conduct performance reviews and support career development
- Foster a positive, motivating, and accountable team culture
Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences
- Ensure every guest feels welcomed and well cared for
- Maintain the overall atmosphere—music, lighting, temperature, and energy
- Step in as needed to support service, resolve issues, and de-escalate conflicts
Manage Operations & Results
- Ensure food, beverage, and service standards are consistently met
- Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and daily reporting
- Support inventory controls, proper receiving, storage, and product quality
- Partner with leadership to achieve financial and service objectives
Ensure Compliance & Standards
- Uphold all health, safety, labor, and alcohol service regulations
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment maintenance standards
- Model and enforce company policies, procedures, and core values
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience (hospitality preferred)
- 3 years of high-volume hospitality management experience
- 2 years of people leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of alcohol service regulations and ABC laws
- Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- ServSafe and/or Food Handler Card (Manager certification preferred)
- Current RBS certification
- Certified Beer Server (or higher) preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional events

Salary : $70,500 - $75,500
