About The Role
The Lead Line Cooks are responsible for supporting management by leading the kitchen team with accurately and efficiently cooking meats, fish, vegetables, and other hot food products as well as preparing and portioning food products before cooking. Lead Line Cooks also own final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for varying menu item plates while collaborating with Front of House teams to execute the timing of final plate delivery to our fans.

About The Role

What You'll Do
- Support the kitchen line in maintaining sufficient prep for each menu item during daily service or events.
- Prepare various meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables using kitchen equipment.
- Adhere to recipe and kitchen standards for each menu item.
- Monitor food prep and temperatures during shifts.
- Delegate tasks, uphold Values, manage shifts and coach kitchen staff.
- Communicate effectively to maintain quality food delivery.
- Manage food pars, inventory, and station-specific products.
- Lead projects and execute opening and closing duties.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for exceptional fan experiences.
- Support Event Chef and crew members with event menu specifications.
- Train kitchen staff on required skills for service expectations.
- Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area, including various equipment.
- Report any food item or equipment quality issues promptly to management.
- Attend scheduled team member meetings and contribute suggestions.
