As a Market Manager (MM), your role is ultimately charged with increasing the sales of Firestone Walker Brewing Co. (FW) highly awarded beers. This includes direct account responsibility for key on and off-premise accounts, securing new distribution in existing and new accounts, and working closely with the distributor network in the assigned territory to develop all accounts.

As a Market Manager (MM), your role is ultimately charged with increasing the sales of Firestone Walker Brewing Co. (FW) highly awarded beers. This includes direct account responsibility for key on and off-premise accounts, securing new distribution in existing and new accounts, and working closely with the distributor network in the assigned territory to develop all accounts.
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Grow on- and off-premise distribution in existing and new accounts
- Manage and develop key accounts; build strong customer and distributor relationships
- Execute promotions, tastings, and special events to drive brand awareness and sales
- Present new and limited-release products to accounts
- Collaborate with distributors on sales, merchandising, and promotional execution
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with distributor partners to maintain stock
- Manage promotional budgets and territory sales goals
- Participate in sales meetings, market blitzes, and ride-alongs with distributor teams
- Conduct regular account visits, inventory checks, and performance tracking
- Complete administrative reporting, call notes, and expense reports in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
