We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Manager to oversee our residential community and ensure a high standard of living for all residents. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
- Oversee leasing activities, including tenant screening, lease agreements, and renewals.
- Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements within the community.
- Coordinate maintenance requests using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to ensure timely responses.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain safety standards and aesthetic appeal.
- Prepare reports on community performance metrics and resident satisfaction.
- Organize community events to foster engagement among residents.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and improvement projects.
Skills
- Strong understanding of contract management and legal administrative processes related to property management.
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to enhance resident interactions.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
- Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism.
