Fireside Office Solutions – Bismarck/Mandan & Western ND
Fireside Office Solutions has been serving the region for over 46 years, and we are looking to add an experienced Carpenter/Installer to our team. This role is ideal for commercial carpenters who are seeking a long-term career in office furniture construction. Most of the work will take place on customer job sites across the Bismarck/Mandan area and throughout Western North Dakota, coordinating closely with customers, Fireside staff, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality standards are met on every project.
- Communicate progress, changes, and issues effectively.
- Follow established job schedules.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and secure job site.
- Work efficiently while upholding safety practices.
- Read and follow blueprints and building plans to meet client needs.
- Install architectural, panel office systems, and desking systems.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience (commercial preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Skilled in all phases of carpentry, with high attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills.
- Experience with quality control and high-end remodels preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Physically able to perform carpentry work.
- U.S. citizen or proof of legal residency.
- Must pass a substance abuse screening.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
