Responsibilities:
The Service Coordinator role works hand in hand with both the Fireplace and Hot Tub Service teams. The Service Coordinator coordinates appointments primarily for Fireplace technicians, but also for Hot Tub technicians as needed. Their main duties include planning weekly employee schedules, determining appointment lengths and making and answering phone calls to customers regarding their appointment times. Other duties include:
- Answer phone calls and e-mails, greeting customers and prospective customers, and reminding them of upcoming service appointments
- Scheduling appointments for hot tub and/or fireplace service/repairs
- Liaise and coordinate with service team and customers about schedules and any changes
- Learn about the hot tubs and fireplaces we sell so you can narrow down the type of service call that will be required
- Source and order parts for the service team
- Submit warranty claims
- Invoice customers, receive payments, handle collections, etc
- Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur
- Create and establish processes for increased efficiency
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail with a task-oriented mindset
- Great with technology - familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with customers and co-workers
- Great customer service and a willingness to solve customer dissatisfaction
- Great attitude and willingness to learn and get to work!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
