What You Will Be Doing
- Assembling, installing, maintaining, and servicing fire sprinkler systems in commercial buildings
- Being a positive and professional representative of Encore while dealing with customers, directly and indirectly
- Must have the ability to work alone and in team setting.
- A strong work ethic and professional appearance

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and measurements.
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various environments (indoors/outdoors, heights, confined spaces).
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
