Duties

• Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions accurately, and process payments with POS systems.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces by bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces regularly.
• Assist in food handling, packaging, and delivery to ensure quality and freshness for every order.
• Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as food prep, cashiering, and customer service.

Experience

• Prior experience in food preparation or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Previous roles involving cashiering, serving, or food handling demonstrate strong customer service skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as a café, retail store, or grocery store is beneficial.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math are essential.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures, sanitation standards, and kitchen operations helps ensure quality service.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
