Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process food orders and retail transactions accurately
- Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and give correct change
- Assist with food preparation, food handling, and operating kitchen equipment to ensure timely service
- Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety standards
- Upsell menu items or products to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Support food safety management practices by following proper sanitation procedures and handling food responsibly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and managing register totals
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Experience with food preparation, food safety, sanitation, and kitchen equipment operation is a plus
- Retail sales or grocery store experience is beneficial but not required
