Duties

• Prepare high-quality sandwiches and other menu items following established recipes and food safety standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Manage customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance
• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including food prep areas, dining space, and kitchen equipment, ensuring sanitation compliance
• Process cash transactions accurately while handling register operations and retail sales transactions
• Assist with food safety management by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
• Support team members with bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring a smooth flow during busy hours

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurant environments
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; ability to operate cash registers efficiently
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks quickly and accurately during peak hours
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and retail math calculations
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean workspace

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
