Overview
Firefly Reliability is hiring an Operations & Warehouse Technician to help keep our field crews equipped and ready for each job. This is an active, hands-on role in a fast-paced environment. Priorities can change quickly, and the right person will enjoy figuring out what needs to happen next.
What you’ll do
- Build, stage, and load job boxes and equipment for field crews.
- Receive parts, track inventory, and keep the warehouse organized.
- Inspect tools and equipment so they are ready for the next job.
- Help process equipment and materials when crews return.
- Work with the operations team to solve problems and meet changing job needs.
What we’re looking for
- A dependable person who follows through and pays attention to details.
- Comfort with physical work, including moving materials and loading equipment.
- The ability to stay organized when several priorities need attention.
- Willingness to learn equipment, warehouse processes, and inventory systems.
- Mechanical or electrical experience is helpful, but we welcome candidates who are eager to learn.
This role can be challenging. Some days will require you to change plans, ask questions, and find practical solutions as work comes in. If you like staying active and taking ownership of your work, we’d like to hear from you.
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
