- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly, providing clear information or redirecting as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage document proofreading for accuracy.
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Assist with clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and inventory management of office supplies.
- Provide customer support by addressing questions or concerns efficiently and courteously in person or via phone or email.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold high standards of organizational efficiency.
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
