*What You’ll Do*
- Provide *phone, email, and chat support* to sod farm operators and equipment managers using FireFly’s automated turfgrass harvesters.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to *mechanical, electrical, hydraulic*, and control systems.
- Accurately document service cases in *Freshdesk* from initial contact to final resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams—engineering, manufacturing, and field service—to resolve recurring service issues and improve product reliability.
- Stay informed on product updates, system enhancements, and new training material to provide the most up-to-date support.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites for training or on-site support.
- Participate in a rotating *on-call schedule* for after-hours and weekend customer support as needed.
- 1 year of experience working with *mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems* in a support, service, or assembly environment (preferred).
- Familiarity with *farm equipment, turf machinery, or commercial-grade mechanical systems* is a strong plus.
- Excellent customer service skills—you stay calm under pressure and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed.
- Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong analytical thinking and follow-through to resolve problems fully (root cause analysis).
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams.
- *Bilingual in English and Spanish* is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and support customers in person when needed.
