About TLP:
We are a marketing company that has been around since 1997. We specialize in helping small business owners grow their business/brand with print media.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives to analyze their sales territory and develop winning strategies to identify qualified leads through business development calling
- Learn our strategy, vision, mission and products
- Set at least one product demonstration per working hour which complete at an average of 70%.
- Respond promptly to incoming phone calls and email
- Master the company's telephone systems, email and other tools
Desired Qualifications and Qualities:
- Cold-calling experience
- Self-Motivated
- Natural networker and relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual withe great organizational and time-management skills.
- Skilled in standard Microsoft systems

Who we are looking for:
Excellent phone presentation and communication skills
Sales experience a plus (will train right candidate)
Able to consistently meet/exceed sales quotas
Capable of maintaining constant energy and enthusiasm on all calls
Strong computer skills
