ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to VP and Public Relations Rep.
Are you professional, organized, enthusiastic, and reliable? We are seeking a candidate who is polite, presentable and articulate, with office experience.
Proficiencies: MacBook, Microsoft Office, Canva, Squarespace, Wordpress, administrative and professional correspondence, and data entry. The right candida†e will be proactive, independent and a team player and able to execute direction from VP / Owner.
Tasks include typing 60 WPM, organization, filing, computer proficiency, communications, research and development, and promotional marketing.
We offer PAID training for the right candidate with the skills mentioned above, and have an immediate opening.
*Part-time, one to two days per week. Wednesdays are required. Occasional early evening, or weekend events are required.
