We’re Hiring: Outside / Enterprise Sales Representative

Firebrand is a women-owned promotional products company focused on building thoughtful, high-volume branded merchandise programs.

We’re looking for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, and creating opportunity in person.


This is an outside sales role focused on net-new business development in the Chicagoland area.


You will:

• Prospect and open new enterprise accounts

• Build relationships with marketing, HR, loyalty, and procurement teams

• Meet with decision-makers in person

• Develop program-based merch solutions (not one-off orders)

• Create consistent pipeline activity

• Contribute to the growth and maturity of our sales approach


This role is primarily focused on business development, not account management.

You are:

• Experienced in B2B sales (preferred)

• Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person meetings

• Motivated by performance-based compensation

• Organized enough to manage your own pipeline

• Emotionally steady in a fast-moving environment

• Collaborative within a strong, female-led team


Our office environment is entrepreneurial. We move quickly. There are always ideas in motion. The right person will be able to create focus within that energy rather than feel overwhelmed by it.

Compensation

Designed for a performance-oriented professional.

• Ramp base for the first 3–4 months

• Strong commission structure with uncapped earning potential

• Additional incentives for new enterprise accounts and recurring program revenue


We’re open to structuring compensation appropriately for someone with relevant industry experience.
