What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistance Needed position at Fire Protection?
We are a fire protection contracting firm seeking an office assistant to help manage daily operations.
Primary Duties: Assisting with daily operations, included but not limited to: Answering phone calls, client support, scheduling, maintaining supply inventory, emails, computer entry, greeting and processing walk-in clients.
Preferred Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, Online Business Portals, Bilingual A
Requirements:
Ø Dependable transportation
Ø Strong follow-up on assigned tasks
Ø Have good attendance and punctuality
Ø Willingness to assist staff, where needed
Ø Flexibility, attention to detail and problem solving
Ø Must live within 10 miles of our Harbor City office
Starting Pay: $20 per hour
Shift: 20 hours per week
This is an in person position (not remote)
