Duties
- Manage human capital management systems and HRIS platforms such as Run ADP , Time and Attendance to ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and workforce analytics.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through tools like really, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes including employee orientation.
- Oversee employee evaluation and performance management programs to support continuous development and recognition initiatives.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation claims, and leave management such as FMLA compliance.
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution, and promoting positive communication across teams.
- Support change management initiatives by assisting with organizational design projects and strategic planning efforts.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law standards such as OSHA regulations and affirmative action planning requirements while maintaining documentation accuracy.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of human resources management practices including talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies.
- Proficiency with HR technology platforms such as ADP for payroll processing and workforce management.
- Strong understanding of employment law regulations including OSHA standards and workers’ compensation procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments and influence positive change.
- Proven project management capabilities to lead HR initiatives from conception through execution while managing multiple priorities seamlessly.
- Experience in training & development programs to foster employee growth and organizational capability enhancement.
- Ability to analyze data collection reports for HR metrics using tools like Salesforce or PeopleSoft to inform strategic decisions.
