Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while efficiently managing the bar area. Your expertise in various POS systems, including Aloha and Micros, will be essential in ensuring smooth operations.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including processing payments and handling tips.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours, especially during banquets or special events.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with ordering when necessary.
- Utilize time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy shifts.
- Stay updated on cocktail trends and menu offerings to enhance guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests quickly.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential.
- Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.25 per hour
