Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or restaurants and possess a strong understanding of hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests while maintaining a clean and organized bar environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, including banquets or special events.
• Stay updated on current drink trends, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in fine dining, nightclub, or restaurant settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of retail math for managing inventory and sales effectively.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
