Our savory team at Fiore in East Kensington, has an opening for a line cook position!
We are looking for an individual with a passion for cooking equipped with an acute interest in classic Italian pasta, made to order breakfast and lunch sandwiches and seasonal produce driven sides & salads.
All of the breads we utilize for our savory program are made in house as well as all of the components that go into creating the sandwiches. Pastas, ragus, dressings, and ferments are a part of our in house production as well.
We open Wednesday through Mondays. Shifts are between 9 to 10 hours providing for a four-day work week, Shifts start at 7:00am and service begins at 8:00am; weekend availability is a must. We are a small team with great productivity; we collaborate and work as a unit to complete daily prep while maintaining orders coming in on the line.
