Compensation: $52k-60k base, OTE $95k-140k, Equity*
What we do:
AI-powered CRM built specifically for RIA firms. We automate the workflows advisors waste hours on: client data management, portfolio tracking, cash management, and operational tasks. We integrate with Orion and handle everything from client onboarding to automated cash sweeps.
Your job:
Book qualified demo meetings with RIA firms. You make 80-100 calls per day. You send 30 personalized emails per day. You book 10-15 meetings per month once ramped.
What you'll do:
- Cold call RIA firms from our prospect list (1000 qualified firms)
- Research firms before calling: AUM size, advisor count, current tech stack, CRM pain points
- Navigate gatekeepers to reach decision makers (CFPs, COOs, operations directors)
- Qualify prospects: 5 advisors, need better client management tools, frustrated with current CRM
- Book 30-minute demo meetings for founders to run
- Log all activity in CRM
- Hit daily activity minimums: 80 calls, 30 emails, 5 LinkedIn touches
Requirements:
- 0-3 years SDR or inside sales experience in B2B SaaS (fintech a plus, not required)
- Comfortable making 80-100 cold calls per day
- Coachable and willing to learn financial services industry quickly
- Resilient: can handle rejection and low connect rates without losing motivation
- Self-starter: limited oversight, you own your daily activity and numbers
- Must be in Chicago or willing to relocate
What success looks like:
- Month 1-2 (ramp): 40-60 calls/day, 5-8 meetings booked
- Month 3 : 80-100 calls/day, 10-15 meetings booked
- Month 6 : 100 calls/day, 15-20 meetings booked
Compensation structure:
- Base: $52k-60K (based on experience level: entry to mid-level)
- OTE: $95k-140K (uncapped commission on meetings booked deal closures)
- Commission: Monthly bonuses for meeting quotas percentage of closed deals
- Equity: Potential equity grant for high performers (employee #4 at early-stage fintech startup)
