We're looking for a Platform Engineer to help build and scale the infrastructure that powers a high-performance trading environment. You'll work closely with software engineers, infrastructure teams, and production support to develop reliable, automated, and scalable platforms that enable low-latency trading systems.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure supporting production trading systems.
- Develop automation and internal tooling using Python.
- Manage infrastructure through Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize system reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to build scalable, secure, and highly available platforms.
- Drive continuous improvements across automation, observability, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a Platform, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering role.
- Strong programming experience with Python.
- Hands-on experience administering and supporting Kubernetes in production environments.
- Experience managing infrastructure using Terraform.
- Strong understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a passion for automation.
Nice to Have
- Experience within proprietary trading, financial services, or other low-latency environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge of Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, or other observability tooling.
- Familiarity with Kafka, PostgreSQL, or distributed systems.
This role offers the opportunity to work on mission-critical infrastructure supporting sophisticated trading systems while leveraging modern cloud-native technologies and automation practices.
Salary : $200,000 - $300,000
