In this role, you'll play a vital part in connecting residential utility customers throughout MA & RI, with the benefits of local community solar farms and helping home owners schedule rooftop solar consultations, while leading a new team in the region.

Pay: Base Pay Weekly Commission;
Key Responsibilities
- Market to residential customers and help customers lower energy costs
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities (ie lower electric rates, rooftop consultations)
- Achieve individual standards with community solar enrollments & home solar leads
- Effectively utilize applications provided
- Teach scripts and techniques to new hires
- Eventually, lead a team of 5-10 Representatives
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to get around Massachusetts.
- Availability to travel 6 days monthly
- Minimum 2 years field sales experience
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Self-Motivated: A self-starter with the ability to work independently, handle rejection and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility: Willingness to learn new knowledge and skills, plus adapt to a dynamic and evolving industry.
