We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead HVAC and mechanical construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from estimation to closeout
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and field teams
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and procurement
- Handle change orders, quality control, and project delivery
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in mechanical/HVAC projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management
- Experience with tools like AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Office
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
