Job Title: HVAC Technician (Commercial/Industrial)
Location: Buffalo (Orchard Park, NY) and Erie, PA (On-site)
Type: Fulltime
We're looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience servicing equipment such as rooftop units (RTUs), boilers, chillers, air handlers, ventilation systems, and HVAC controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and mechanical systems.
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance on commercial/industrial equipment.
- Install, test, and commission HVAC systems and components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- EPA Certification and HVAC certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary : $25 - $35
