Director – Data Strategy & Solutions (Hybrid | Boston, MA / Chicago, IL)
We're looking for an experienced Director of Data Strategy & Solutions to lead enterprise data initiatives and build scalable data platforms that drive business growth and analytics.
What You'll Do
✔ Lead enterprise data strategy and governance initiatives
✔ Design and implement scalable data architecture and modern data pipelines
✔ Build and optimize ETL/ELT solutions using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies
✔ Partner with business, technology, and third-party data providers to deliver high-impact solutions
✔ Drive data quality, automation, and operational excellence across the organization
What We're Looking For
✅ 8 years of experience with SQL and relational databases
✅ 4 years of Python development experience
✅ Strong experience with Azure, AWS, Snowflake, or similar cloud platforms
✅ Background in Asset Management/Financial Services (required)
✅ Experience with data engineering, data architecture, governance, ETL/ELT, and large-scale data ecosystems
✅ Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and third-party financial data providers is a plus
✅ Experience with AI-powered workflows, custom GPTs, or agent-based solutions is highly desirable
Salary : $150,000 - $190,000
