Hiring: Lead Full Stack Engineer – .NET / React / Azure
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Salary: $180K–$200K Base
We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Software Engineer with strong experience in Azure cloud architecture, .NET, React/Next.js, and TypeScript.
What we need:
• 10–15 years of experience with current Lead title
• Strong full-stack development background
• Expertise in Azure, .NET, React, TypeScript
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and scalable system design
• Strong database experience (SQL/NoSQL)
• Ability to lead technical decisions and mentor engineers
Nice to have:
• Docker/Kubernetes experience
• CI/CD and DevOps exposure on Azurefsi
Salary : $170,000 - $200,000
