JOB DESCRIPTION
Finnmark Property Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Crew Lead to oversee the organization, planning, and execution of high-quality exterior building maintenance, cleaning, and repair services. This role requires strong leadership in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a field leadership position, preferably with a background in painting, soft washing, pressure washing, or a combination of these skills.
Your job as a Crew Lead will be to perform a variety of cleaning, repair, and installation services in a safe, thorough, and efficient manner. This will include working outdoors most of the time, always using PPE, and being comfortable working on rooftops. Crew Leads are responsible for setting up job sites; planning the efficient operation of jobs; assessing, monitoring, and communicating safety conditions and requirements; professionally communicating with customers, fellow employees, and the office; completing thorough daily job notes; and training employees, including role modeling, and coaching others to be productive participants in company culture.
