What You’ll Do

As a Buyer’s Agent, you’ll guide clients from their first conversation all the way to closing day.

You will:

• Conduct buyer consultations and identify clients’ goals, needs, and financial criteria
• Follow up with and convert buyer leads and opportunities
• Research available properties and stay current on the Eugene/Springfield and Lane County real estate market
• Schedule and conduct home tours
• Educate buyers on neighborhoods, market conditions, pricing, and the purchasing process
• Write and negotiate competitive offers
• Guide clients through inspections, appraisals, financing, contingencies, and due diligence
• Communicate consistently with clients, lenders, escrow, inspectors, and other agents
• Maintain strong follow-up systems and client relationships
• Deliver an exceptional experience that creates repeat and referral business

Requirements

• Active Oregon Real Estate Broker License or ability to obtain one prior to beginning the role
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work with clients throughout Eugene, Springfield, and the surrounding Lane County area
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Willingness to participate in team training, meetings, and accountability

Compensation

Estimated annual earnings: $70,000 - $125,000

This is an independent contractor, commission-based real estate position. Actual earnings are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual production, lead conversion, activity, team compensation structure, and closed sales.

There is no artificial ceiling on earning potential.
