What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques
- Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools)
- Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team
- Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors
- Build genuine relationships with kids and families
- Part-Time, Monday - Friday (Mornings & Afternoons)
- Flexible scheduling to work around school or other commitments
- Reliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time
- 40-hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date)
- Previous experience working with children
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids
- $20-23/hour (higher pay for certified RBTs)
- Paid training time
- We cover your RBT exam and application fees
- Mileage reimbursement
- Supportive BCBA supervision toward certification
- Ongoing professional development and mentorship
- Small team environment where your voice matters
- Experience with neurodivergent children (autism, ADHD)
- Knowledge of behavior management strategies
- Bilingual skills
