What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Finney Lindquist PLLC?
Finney Lindquist PLLC is a well-established and reputable Olympia law firm that focuses exclusively on family law matters. Currently we have two attorneys and two support staff, but our firm is in the process of expanding. Our office is in a beautiful location in West Olympia right on the water.
Family Law Associate Attorney:
We are seeking a family law associate attorney to join our expanding team. Candidates with prior experience in family law and/or immigration, or who speak Spanish, will be given preference. Experience in high conflict and/or heavy litigation practice is preferred, but we are willing to mentor and train the right candidate. Personal fit with our firm culture and an aptitude for learning are our priorities when looking to expand our team.
Being detail-oriented, confident, self-aware, and a persuasive writer and oral advocate are required. Bonus points if you are perfectionistic in nature and have next-level attention to detail.
Being comfortable in a casual atmosphere and having a sense of humor while maintaining professionalism and firm reputation are a must.
We offer a collegial and friendly working environment in a beautiful, waterfront office location. Starting salary is competitive and dependent upon experience with a bonus incentive.
