Full-Time | Mon–Fri | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
We're hiring a collections agent who can handle tough conversations professionally, stay organized, and get results.
You'll be responsible for: Contacting customers on past-due accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, documenting activity accurately, and meeting collection targets — all in full compliance with FDCPA guidelines.
You need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math and finance knowledge
- A professional, composed demeanor under pressure
Bonus points for:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Prior collections or customer service experience
Pay: $15–$22/hr based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM — no nights, no weekends
