Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist with meal assembly according to established recipes and menu specifications
- Cook and plate dishes efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Support kitchen operations by organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring equipment is in good working order
- Assist with menu planning and daily prep work to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and guest satisfaction
- Contribute to catering events or special functions as needed, ensuring all food is prepared safely and served promptly
Qualifications
