What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook/Prep Cook position at Cortona's Italian Cuisine & Wine Bar?
We are expanding and currently seeking cooks for part-time or full-time employment. The right candidates will be highly motivated, able to communicate professionally to vendors, and staff and most importantly a team player. Our restaurant is customer focused serving rustic, Tuscan style cuisine in a cozy, family atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Comply with state-specific health department regulations
Perform prepping of station before opening
Cleaning station at end of shift
Preparation of entrees during shift
Pay will be in accordance with experience, qualifications and training. Availabilty for raise after 6months. Insurance and 401K available after 90 days
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
