Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide orthopaedic rehabilitation for a wide range of conditions.
• Deliver post-operative rehabilitation for the shoulder, hand, hip, knee, ankle, and spine.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support optimal recovery.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-care skills.
• Passion for orthopaedic rehabilitation and helping patients achieve their functional goals.
