About the Role:
We are seeking experienced HVAC/R Service Technicians to perform maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients. This role offers hands-on work, problem-solving opportunities, and the chance to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and comprehensive system upkeep.
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment across multiple makes and models.
- Execute skilled repairs and component replacements.
- Respond to emergency and service maintenance requests.
- Follow all safety policies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in HVAC/R or related fields.
- Familiarity with HVAC/R wiring diagrams.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs., overhead work, and crawling/squatting.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- EPA Universal Certification (Required).
- NATE Core or other NATE Certifications preferred.
