Finish Line Towing is seeking dependable, professional individuals to join our Wisconsin DOT Freeway Service Team (FST) in the Milwaukee, WI area.
This is not a traditional tow truck driving position. As an FST Operator, you will patrol designated freeway corridors, assist stranded motorists, clear minor incidents, and help keep Wisconsin highways safe and moving.
The truck remains in the service area, allowing operators to report directly to the vehicle at the start of their shift.

Reliability Bonus
Earn up to an additional $500 per month ($6,000 annually) through our Reliability Bonus Program.
Employees are eligible based on:
- Attendance and punctuality
- Safe operation of company equipment
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Completion of required inspections and reports
- Overall reliability and job performance
Schedule
- Full-Time Position
- Approximately 40 Hours Per Week (or more)
- Day Shift
- Weekend Availability Required
- Rotating Schedule
Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned freeway corridors
- Assist disabled and stranded motorists
- Perform jump starts, tire changes, and fuel deliveries
- Remove minor roadway debris
- Relocate disabled vehicles to safe locations
- Communicate with WisDOT and law enforcement agencies
- Complete electronic reports and documentation
- Perform daily vehicle inspections
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (CDL not required)
- Good Driving Record
- Ability to Work Independently
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Ability to Work Outdoors in All Weather Conditions
- Ability to Lift 50 Pounds
- Towing, roadside assistance, commercial driving, public safety, military, or construction experience is a plus, but not required
