Finish Line Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Louisville. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and takes pride in getting the details right.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to communicate professionally with employees and internal team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and review payroll information accurately and on schedule
- Verify employee hours, pay rates, deductions, and other payroll-related information
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner
- Respond to employee payroll questions in both English and Spanish
- Maintain accurate and confidential payroll and employee records
- Coordinate with branch and operations teams to ensure payroll deadlines are met
- Enter, review, and update employee information in payroll and related systems
- Assist with payroll reports, audits, and other administrative functions as needed
- Follow established payroll procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, deadline-driven position
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet firm deadlines
- Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and computer-based systems
- Ability to handle confidential employee and payroll information professionally
