Finger Lakes Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pre/Post team. This position plays a vital role in providing safe, patient-centered care across the perioperative continuum while supporting our mission to deliver high-quality healthcare to the communities we serve.
Education
Minimum: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Licensure & Certifications
License: Current New York State license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse (required)
Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required at time of hire/orientation
Experience
Minimum: One (1) year of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
Preferred: One (1) to two (2) years of nursing experience in Pre-Op/Post-Op
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Professional, courteous, and effective interaction with patients, families, and team members
Strong ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and support teamwork through positive role modeling
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills (in person and via telephone)
Computer literacy with prior experience using an electronic medical record (EMR) system
Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Office products

Hourly Rate of Pay: $40.71-$50.92
Rate of pay based on experience
