Location: Primary Location –Urgent Care Geneva with occasional travel to Seneca Falls

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Urgent Care team based in Geneva, NY, with required travel to support our Penn Yan, NY location as needed. This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced LPN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver clinical care under the direction of the Practice Manager and medical provider, in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Provide direct patient care including triage, vital signs, specimen collection, medication administration, and patient education.
Support physicians and other providers in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Document patient information accurately and maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times.
Participate in ongoing education and training through in-service programs, continuing education, and departmental competencies.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional clinical outcomes.
Travel between Geneva and Penn Yan Urgent Care sites as scheduled or needed.
Qualifications:
Active New York State LPN license required.
Experience in physician practice or urgent care setting highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team.
Flexibility to travel regularly between Geneva and Penn Yan locations.
