Location: Primary Location –Urgent Care Geneva with occasional travel to Seneca Falls

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Urgent Care team based in Geneva, NY, with required travel to support our Penn Yan, NY location as needed. This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced LPN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical care under the direction of the Practice Manager and medical provider, in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.

• Provide direct patient care including triage, vital signs, specimen collection, medication administration, and patient education.

• Support physicians and other providers in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

• Document patient information accurately and maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times.

• Participate in ongoing education and training through in-service programs, continuing education, and departmental competencies.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional clinical outcomes.

• Travel between Geneva and Penn Yan Urgent Care sites as scheduled or needed.

Qualifications:

• Active New York State LPN license required.

• Experience in physician practice or urgent care setting highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team.

• Flexibility to travel regularly between Geneva and Penn Yan locations.

Hourly Rate of Pay $26.27-$28.31 based on experience
