What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adult Education Instructor (PT) position at Finger Lakes Community College?
FLCC is looking for qualified and motivated faculty to teach Adult Education. This is a part-time position to teach GED and/or ESL or provide case management to GED and/or ESL students in the Finger Lakes area (Ontario, Seneca, Wayne and Yates counties).

Degree requirements:

Master's degree required in the academic discipline or related field and teaching/ professional experience highly desirable.

Bachelors Degree and three years' experience in subject field may be granted as an exception to the above in certain specialized fields subject to the approval of the Associate Provost.
Essential Functions:
- Lesson Planning
- Instructional Delivery to meet the individual needs of each learner
- 14 Hours of Professional Development annually
- Collaboration with Case Managers and other colleagues
- Work closely with students to meet personal and professional needs
- Workforce and Career Development counseling
Pay Rate: $23-$25 per hour.
