Client is looking for a senior-level AI/Product Owner who can bridge utility operations and AI/technology teams. This is not a pure Scrum/Product Owner role — they specifically want someone who understands operational/field environments and can translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
Key focus areas:
- AI use case identification and delivery
- Utility operations / asset management / maintenance workflows
- Strong stakeholder management across Ops, IT, engineering, analytics, vendors
- Enterprise data platforms and validation
- Leading pilots/POCs through production rollout
- Translating operational problems into technical requirements
Strong preference for candidates from:
- Electric utilities
- Energy / transmission / substation operations
- Asset management environments
- Industrial operations with heavy enterprise systems
Biggest thing:
They want someone who can speak both “business operations” and “technical AI/data teams” fluently.
Experience:
